This delicacy, the world’s first spreadable nougat launched by HijosdeManuel Picó, which celebrates its 250th anniversary this year, is ideal for breakfasts, children’s snacks and for dishes with a special touch: stews, meat, fish and desserts
- 1 Litre of milk
- Cream caramel mix (8 servings)
- 200 gr. Turrodelia Gourmet
- Caramalized sugar
Disolve the creme caramel mix in the litre of milk. Add the liquid cream, incorporate the Turrodelia Gourmet and heat until it boils and thickens.
Remove from the heat and add sugar to taste. Coat the sides of the mould with caramel and add the mixture.
Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours and its ready.
